Honestly, meeting people who are just discovering the Thing You Like is so refreshing.
Especially in a really small fandom.
I recently got a bunch of asks on tumblr from a user who seems brand-new to #battletech and wanted to know more.
They're already super excited to learn about all the factions and mechs, and make whole a bunch of OCs.
It just really puts a smile on my face whenever I think about that
I've lost large portions of my life over the past few days to the new Battletech game.
I just deleted my fb account and now I feel like a rebel without a cause
