I think @realcaseyrollins might like this. It's like lotide/Lemmy/Reddit but totally peer-to-peer rather than just federated.
Also has democratically elected mods.

@Hyolobrika Not so different than usenet from the old days. I just installed it. Activity is low. Most recent post I can see is from last September.

@tkenben I tried Usenet but the only free provider I could find (Eternal September) had censorship problems (banning someone for posting a link to an article that claimed that a testosterone injection reduces lying in men (but leaving up replies implicating men / presence of testosterone is inferior - typical :blobrollingeyes:))
