Having tweaked my back the other day, own stupid fault, I am reminded that no matter how we think otherwise we are all susceptible to injury and illness. No matter how much care we take of ourselves.

The first two of the Five Remembrances:

- I am subject to ageing. There is no way to avoid ageing.
- I am subject to ill health. There is no way to avoid illness.

Also, physician heal thyself.
I have the tools and knowledge, rehab is totally in my hands. Doing better today because of it.

My only true possessions are my actions, and I cannot escape their consequences.
