So, just realized that custom emoji in usernames doesn't persist outside of Mastodon :( Sorry everyone on Pleroma and elsewhere for my ugly display name.

@2B Haha. I tried Pleroma, but it's just not for me. It also doesn't work well on my work PC so that's a huge blocker haha. 90% of my online time is at work!

@afarian For me, it shows up in the web interface, but not on Mastalab...
