I actually found replacement for all apps I need on . I blocked google play services and then blocked or uninstalled all apps that complained about it. Now I don't get any warnings anymore. And from the article it seems that neither f-droid nor microg should be affected, hopefully

@angristan it looks to be prompted to the user but blocks the usage of the app. A simple warning should be enought and doesn't requires an android API.
Unfortunately the only administrators are Google (Playstore), the manufacturer or the one who signs the build of the Rom and now it could be developpers?
What about if the update contains new permissions?
