From what I understand, they mean that too much meat consumption and/or processed meat can be harmful, but not meat itself
@angristan "Too much" being more than approximately 1 bite of red meat per day according to him... He also brings up chicken as being "healthy" and brushes aside cholesterol because of a meat industry funded study saying that high cholesterol is genetic even though literally every vegan to exist sees their cholesterol levels plummet after they stop eating animal products.
