@angristan Well, that's what I call barrier-free. 🤦‍♂️

@angristan The physical equivalent to "Your privacy is important to us".

@angristan they probably just ordered a ramp of the wrong size and decided to put it sideway, but quite frankly, if I were them, I wouldn't have put it at all because that just makes them look stupid xD

@angristan the length of the ramp seems to match the height of a single step of the staircase, so I think that's what happened, they ordered a ramp with the height of a single step instead of the whole staircase. 🤔

@angristan what happens when building regulations state they have to have a ramp but don't actually specify it needs to be usable?

@FuchsiaShock @angristan in the US, if your ramp is ada compliant it definitely must be a shallow enough angle.

My guess on this one, based on construction is that they frequently carry things on a dolly that way, and this was much better than slamming into the stairs

@dsteve @angristan Join the "Don't Marry Movement". There are 3 main points:

-Never legally marry an American woman
-Never have children with an American woman
-If you are married to an American woman, never buy a house so she cannot steal it from you in divorce
