@danialbehzadi the origin of their name is Talib of Islam and Islamic Education. Doesn’t change the fact that the words Talib and Taliban mean someone who wants something. These ones want Islam and were Talib of Islamic Science and Education and some other ones are Talib of other crap. Today, their name is referred to as Talib of Islamic State.

@jwildeboer it’s the similarity of actions, not blaming religion. Taliban means “those who want”. Here in Middle East, a Talib (singular of Taliban) is someone who is fighting as a militia or terrorist to take the power, illegitimately.

Oftentimes there is a point where people who come from sheltered and at least somewhat privileged childhood discover that actually the US government is not good. I think in my time a lot of people had their eyes open by Iraqi war. I'm sure some maybe seeing more clearly today after the Dobbs and that's okay, better to come to the truth later than never

Anytime a Republican/Conservative uses the word Communist or Marxist, insist that they describe and explain the meaning of those words and the ideology behind them. They will die struggling to get away from it and it’ll be funny to look at them in this situation.
Americans can come here to our dictatorships from their democracy and freedom to do an abortion. If this isn’t mad, I don’t know what is. I never could believe that statement would be true sometime.

@arh well, more research should be done on why a person can get to this age and yet doesn't understand "direct correlation" doesn't mean jack! These uneducated sexist conservatives are the s!#& stain on humanity's fabric.
