@jaycie looked interesting but something about THAT art style that tends to be used for like every animated comedy these days is offputting. But i suppose i said the same thing about Final Space and i found that enjoyable

@parasurv yeah I'm aware it's because of the pandemic just saying it's nice. And yeah it's like McDonalds you reliably know what you're getting into beforehand. Marvel movies all have a very standardized structure to them

"Spider-man 2" may refer to

Spider-man Strikes Back (1977)
Spider-man 2 (2004)
The Amazing Spider-man 2 (2014)
Spider-man: Far From Home (2019)
Spider-man: Into the Spiderverse 2 (2022)

The fact that there's been no marvel movies this year has been refreshing. The market saturation was choking my interest in it. Just how between 2016 and 2018 I stopped watching them and came back with refreshed interest. I think Disney doesn't realise that 3 mcu movies a year is insanity

I'm growing increasingly weary of corporations just as a concept. Let's go back to isolationist gold based barter system

@Lexi "i didnt get my human rights award revoked i rejected it because i dont agree with what it stands for" doesn't make her out to be the martyr she thinks it does. Like, Yikes!

It's messed up how people were making fun of Chadwick's appearance like 4 months ago. Always be kind people you never know what people are going through

So according to people nintendo is doing something this week but nobody knows what so im gonna guess its like partner showcase or they are giving us gameboy games for the switch online thing idk

@keith Oh. well that's unfortunate and yeah the marketing department at Netflix needs a talking to or someone needs to be fired because like that's just a bizarre thing to do for marketing.

@vaartis i think it's a side effect of something called "capitalism"

It's honestly mindboggling that people care whether or not Nintendo only puts out 4 games a year instead of like 12. Like do people not have enough to play? Or do they just want to be angry at a company for not giving them that dopamine rush that comes with announcements.

@keith Still seems like an odd topic to even consider or greenlight
