(As opposed to cascading from the font-size of the containing element, like 1em would)
@deutrino You triggered me to consider how to implement `rem` & `em` upon my Haskell Stylist CSS engine.
`rem` seems easy enough with a seperate styling pass. But I still need to prioritize certain properties to allow for implementing `em`/`currentcolor`/etc.
