I tried something new, prepared mustard with coriander seed.

I may have overdone the coriander.

Oh well, I'll be enjoying it for the next three weeks, at least.

Update:
Not as strong as I feared. The coriander flavour has subsided a little, overnight. I like the flavour of coriander, but it can over-power the mustard. Next time I will use 1/2 tsp of coriander seed for one jar of mustard.

Strangely turmeric doesn't have the same effect.
