Does anyone remember the name of that short story where an idealist starts out as a bookseller to spread great ideas, then he starts selling paper and pens to survive and eventually he moves the books into storage in the back?
I was trying to find it, but Chekhov was ridiculously productive and wrote like a million billion short stories...
