Have you ever caught anyone violating a free software/open source license?

Well it does regurgitate with approximately 0.1% of suggestions, and considering that only a small percentage of code on github is public domain (or an equvialant license), there is a high chance those suggestions are violating a license.

Many, told them about it, most of them understood it and took appropriate actions.
