A non-tech goal I have this year is to condition myself to get used to fasting.

My work makes it a bit tough to do intermittent fasting, but I'd like to get to the point where I can do a 24 hour fast twice per month.

The end goal is to be able to manage the occasional 72 hour fast in a year or so.

I'm not doing it for any dieting / weight loss reasons but rather I want to get to the point where my body is clearing out misfolded proteins and increasing stem cell production.

@pennywhether The first step can be as simple as skipping breakfast, and then telling yourself that the "hunger" you might feel in the morning is really just habit. Here, it took less than a week to adjust. Good luck!
