Cool. Monarch butterflies are known to be immune to the poisons in milkweed plants, on which it feeds. Researchers have now discovered not only the three mutations needed to enable to Monarch to feed on milkweed, but have also shown they have to evolve in a certain order and the mutation works in other insects (like fruitflies) too.

@GNU_Ninja I'm one of the (rare?) people who don't play with Pokemon in its various forms, so I really have no idea if its Pokemon evolution or not. 🙂
