RaspPi Foundation have now made their own microcontroller for lower powered applications.

@sohkamyung too bad there’s no wireless connectivity. Would’ve loved to see a competitor for espressif.

@jokke I don't know how much it will cost, but Arduino is launching the Arduino Nano RP2040 based board with built in Wifi and Bluetooth.
