If any of the lines in your /etc/apt/sources.list refer to 'stable', you might get a surprise on your next upgrade! #ReleasingDebianBuster

I have the following repo set up:

deb ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ stretch main non-free contrib

deb-src ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ stretch main non-free contrib"

Will I still be able to get the latest upgrade?

you can get the upgrade at any time if you change "stretch" to "buster" in your apt sources but it's strongly recommended to read the release notes to know the details and if you need to do additional steps in your systems debian.org/releases/buster/rel
And of course, backups are always recommended prior to any change :-)
