Self-care means something different for everyone. Do the things that will help you feel better.

On a good day, put together a little self-care package you can pull out for bad days. Include a few things you know will help.

Change can be hard. Taking care of yourself is a change that's worth the work.

Indulge your creativity by drawing, painting, sculpting, etc, even if you don’t think you’re good at it.

@leadore @jrss That's correct. I've got mine setup that way myself -- it really isn't that bad, especially when you consider the interface.
