Command line programs would be less infuriating if the help system wasn't always as user-unfriendly as possible. Like you should *always* be able to do "program -h -x" to get information specifically about x instead of it just spewing a list of 500 commands in no particular order that you have to comb through to find the one you want. Also would it kill you to have just a basic little shell script when you run it with no switches that gives you a list of the most commonly used options that you can select by typing in a number? Like come on, that should be trivial
