This is the MySOS app required to be installed when entering #Japan
(and if you scroll down the list, there's also "recording audio" 
)
The registration procedure is the typical mess of Japanese government apps, going back and forth between app and website, long instruction screens, countdown timers, unreasonably strict form validation, email confirmation that doesn't work...
And there's even this interstitial for an upcoming website that prevents me from reading the instructions and can't be dismissed (Close is not really a link, wtf...)
