An interesting article on a lady in Singapore who has been baking 'Tau Sar Piah', a local pastry with flaky skin with sweet fillings, for many years.

I have eaten Tau Sar Piah, but not from her store and you should try it if you have the chance.

@jackiemoon if it helps... "loong fatt" is the actual name, so you could pretty much call it "Loong Fatt Pastries"!

"tau sar" is the bean paste (so good!! I swear I could eat it by itself)

@sohkamyung I live in the UK, and there was a year I craved it so much that when I went back to SG I ate it so many times that I fulfilled the craving for a few years...
